Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 pounds ground venison
  • 2 ) 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 ) 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 4 ) 2 cups milk
  • 5 ) 2 cups crushed crackers
  • 6 ) 1 egg beaten
  • 7 ) salt & pepper to taste
  • 8 ) vegetable oil (optional)
  • 9 ) garlic powder, to taste

Step 1

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Form into meatballs. Brown in skillet, adding a little oil if necessary. Transfer browned meatballs to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
