PANNUKAKKU--FINISH OVEN PANCAKE

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Place butter in 9x13 inch pan. Preheat pan in oven at 350 degrees. Using a wire whip, beat the eggs. Add milk, mixing well. Add flour, beat. Remove pan from oven, spreading butter over surface. Add remaining butter from pan into batter. Stir well. Pour in pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with sugar. Serve hot or at room temperature. Top with jam or syrup.
