Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (use quality balsamic)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 small squirt dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Salt, Pepper and Basil to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until well mixed.



You can refrigerate up to a week. Bring back to room temperature before re-using.
