Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (use quality balsamic)
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 small squirt dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Salt, Pepper and Basil to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until well mixed.
You can refrigerate up to a week. Bring back to room temperature before re-using.
