Ingredients
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 1 (15 oz) can marinara or 2 c homemade
- 1-1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1-1/2 c grated mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 c grated parm cheese
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 pkg froze spinach, chopped
- Optional: cooked burger, sausage or chicken
- nonstick spray
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350* Prepare noodles according to directions, drain and set aside. While noodles are cooking, prepare filling:
In med bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg and garlic; mix well Squeeze liquid from spinach, add to cheese mix and stir. Divide mix between noodles and spread evenly over entire length. Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray and layer of the sauce. Pour marinara sauce over top and bake 30-35 min
