Asian Sweet Salad Dressing

This recipe doubles extremely well as a MARINADE for meat, fish and chicken. The dressing will smell strong and taste strong right from the bowl, but "mellows out" once mixed into a salad.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 3-4 tsp honey
- pinch of dry ginger OR 1/2 tsp zested ginger root (preferred)
- spices to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Put all items in a jar and shake vigorously. You can also mix this in a blender.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bring to room temperature before re-using.
