Ingredients
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 4 droppers of vanilla flavored stevia or any flavor
- 4 TBS of cocoa
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 almond flour or coconut flour
- 3 TBS of nut butter (I used Cashew)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients and put into food processor, blend well. Add carob nibs or nuts or coconut. make into bars. Melt unsweetened bakers chocolate or carob nibs and add 4 packets of stevia to start to sweeten then taste. Add more if you want it sweeter. Then dip and keep in fridge and enjoy! These are a protein/fat mine made 8 and I could not eat more than one at a sitting. You won't be disappointed! Mmmm
