Ingredients
- 1/4 flour
- 5 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tbs milk
- 3 tbs veg oil
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk all ingredients together in large mug until smooth.
2. Microwave until puffed about 2 min.
3. Sprinkle with more cocoa powder
4. Use canned whipped cream as a topping
