Salsa Pepper Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, steaks, or fish
- (Grill and season meat with salt, pepper, and green chili powder)
- 2 T. chili infused olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 large green bell pepper sliced
- 1 large yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper sliced
- 2 small zucchinis sliced
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 cup salsa (see my salsa recipe)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add peppers and place a lid on the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add zucchinis, lemon juice, and salsa. Recover and cook until all veggies begin to soften but are still have snap (about 8 minutes). Serve with prepared meat.
