Frozen Pudding Sandwiches

These are great after school snacks. My kids loved them.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c cold milk
  • 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello instant pudding(vanilla or chocolate)
  • 24 graham crackers or chocolate wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Add milk gradually to peanut butter in a bowl and blend until smooth. Add pudding mix. Beat slowly with rotary beat at slowest speed about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread filling about 1/2 inch thick on 12 of the crackers. Top with remaining cracker, press slightly and smooth around edges with a spatula. Freeze until smooth about 3 hours. Make 12 sandwiches. Wrap each sandwich individually and freeze.
