CHOPPED LIVER (Jewish Cookbook)

Ingredients

  • 3 onions
  • 3 tbs chicken fat or oil
  • 1/2 lb chicken livers
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in melted fat. Broil livers. Chop livers with eggs. Mix in onions seaon with salt & pepper
