Meatload with mushroom soup & crescent rolls

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 stalk Celery (chopped)
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Ketchup (optional)
- 8 slices White American Cheese
- 2 cans Crescent Roll Buns

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 375
Finely chop garlic, onion and celery
add to hamburger mixture
Mix in soup and bread crumbs
Bake form into round loaf and place in square pan
Bake 1 hour, remove from oven & pour off dripping
Open crescent rolls and lay flat on top of meatloaf
turn remainder of rolls into rope and put around the
sides of the meat loaf
Bake for 15 minutes more
