Heather's Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 small chicken
• 1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage
• 1 pan of cornbread
• 1 med onion
• 3 stalks celery
• salt and pepper and 1/2 TBSP poultry seasoning
• 3 eggs
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Boil a chicken and debone

Cook one package of Jimmy dean sausage in skillet set aside

Make one pan of cornbread using yellow corn meal mix (use recipe on corn meal box)
Make in round cake pan!

After cornbread is done, break apart and crumble in large bowl

Add chicken and sausage

Chop one med onion and three stalks celery. Add this to the cornbread

Add salt and pepper and ½ TBSP poultry seasoning.

Mix 1 cup chicken broth with one can of cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of mushroom soup
Add 3 eggs
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350 for one hour
