Turtle Cheesecake

Alex found this recipe and made it at the shop! It is absolutely delicious! Caramel and chocolate! What more could you ask for? Obviously, our two favorite ingredients!

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 3 packages of cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 12 ounces caramel topping (if you have extra from the caramel apple cake, that is delicious in this recipe!)
- chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press into the bottom of a 9x12 pan and up the sides.
For the Filling:
Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar and eggs, one at a time. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla. Pour into the crust.
Bake for 1 hour
Cover and refrigerate
Topping:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add chocolate chips until melted. Pour over cheesecake.
Combine caramel with pecans (if desired) and pour it over the chocolate.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Cut into bars and serve.
