Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Stir in pumpkin an sugar-spice mixture. Stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake additional 40 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool for 2 hours on wire rack. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
