Baked Rockfish

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds rockfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup parsley - minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 t's lime or lemon juice
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. place fish in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds and parsley.

3. Combine butter and juice - pour over the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Cover and bake for 10 minutes, then uncovered for 10 more minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
