Pork Tenderloin Diane
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 3/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs worcesterhire
- 1 tsp dijon
Sprinkle pork with lemon pepper.
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over med heat.
Add pork slices to pan, cook 3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and keep warm.
Add juice, and remaining ingredients to pan, cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Return pork to pan, cook 1 minute or until heated through.
