Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3 1/2 oz can flaked cocanut
  • 2 cup whipping cream
  • sauce
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen red rasberrries
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup current jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar gelatin and sale -- add milk.
Stir over medium heat until all are dissolved. Chill till partailly sest.
Add vanilla
Fold in cocanut and then whipped crea.
Pile inot a 1 1/2 qt mold - and chill till firm. Atn least 4 hours. Unmold and serve with rasberry sauce.

Thaw and crush 10 oz pkg of frozen rasberries. Combine with cornstarch and add current jelly. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until clear and slightly thick. Strain and cool.
