    cup water

    envelope unflavored gelatin

  • ¼

    tsp salt

  • cup milk

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1

    3½ oz can flaked cocanut

  • 2

    cup whipping cream

  • sauce

  • 1

    10 oz pkg frozen red rasberrries

  • tsp cornstarch

  • cup current jelly


Mix sugar gelatin and sale -- add milk. Stir over medium heat until all are dissolved. Chill till partailly sest. Add vanilla Fold in cocanut and then whipped crea. Pile inot a 1 1/2 qt mold - and chill till firm. Atn least 4 hours. Unmold and serve with rasberry sauce. Thaw and crush 10 oz pkg of frozen rasberries. Combine with cornstarch and add current jelly. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until clear and slightly thick. Strain and cool.
