Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 inch bone in pork chops
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp dijon or spicy mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp nutmet
  • Fresh sage leaves

Step 1

1.Season pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil on med high. Add pork and onion to skillet. Cook 3 minute;turn pork and onions cook 3 min. more.
2.Meanwhile, combine preserves, mustard,1/4 cup water, paprika, and nutmeg. Pour over pork in skillet. Reduce heat to med. Cook, covered, 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
3.Divide pork and onion mixture among serving plate. Top with sage.
