Maple Walnut Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300 F.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Transfer to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake, turning often with a spatula, until the mixture is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
