Ingredients

  • 1 cup seeded and julienned cucumber
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup seeded and chopped tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
