Frozen Avocado Shake

Ingredients
- 1 apple (1/4 cup juice)
- 1/4 cup mashed avocado
- 1/4 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk (or other milk)
- 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
- 1 cup ice

Preparation
Step 1
Juice the apple. Set aside 1/4 cup of the juice. In a blender or food processor, combine the apple juice with the remaining ingredients, and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Serve immediately.
