Aunt Rosie's Lemon Squares

Ingredients

• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1/4 c. icing sugar 8 x8 pan. Bake
• 10 min-350
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 c. white sugar
• 1/2 tsp b.powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Blend and pour over base.Bake 25 mins.
Sprinkle while hot with icing sugar.
I use a large cake pan and double it cause it doesn’t last long here
I am going to try lime juice today will let you all know how it turns out..
