Angel Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark Karo Syrup
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 12 oz Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 pkg parafin

Preparation

Step 1

Butter sides of pan.

Add sugar and Karo Syrup and heat on stove until 300 degrees F.

Quickly stir in 4 tsp. baking soda.

Put on cookie sheet and let cool.

Melt Chocolate Chips with parafin. Dip candy and put on wax paper to dry.
