Tandoori-Style Chicken Drumsticks

Tandoori-Style Chicken Drumsticks are filled with the vibrant and fragrant flavors of garam masala, paprika, and fresh ginger and garlic for a scrumptious chicken centerpiece that your whole family is sure to love. Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup plain yogurt, not Greek
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoons grated ginger
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoons garam masala or curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and ground black pepper
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- sliced scallions, for serving

Step 1
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large zip-top bag, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, paprika, garam masala or curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne; season with salt and pepper. With a fork, prick drumsticks all over and add them to bag. Seal and marinate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Remove chicken from marinade and place on prepared baking sheet. Roast, turning once until cooked through, about 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer to a platter; top with scallions.
