Ingredients
- 1 lb rigatoni
- 8 oz spicy italian sausage
- 5 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1/2 grated parmesan cheesse

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rigatoni reserving 1 cup cooking water. In skillet cook sausage over medium heat 6 minutes. Add sage leaves, cook 1 minute. Add pumpkin and reserved liquid, mix well. Drain pasta return to pot, add sausage mixture, heat through. Stir in grated cheese.
