Soft boiled eggs

Have had recipe's before where they called for a soft boiled egg!

Ingredients

  • 2-3

    large eggs

  • Water in sauce pan to cover

Directions

1. Take eggs out of refridgerator and place in a small saucepan, then cover with cool water. 2. Place saucepan on stove, with high heat, and bring to a boil. 3. When water is just at a full boil, remove from heat, and start timer for 5 minutes. 4. After the 5 minute timer goes off, drain and immediately rinse the eggs in cold water.
