  • 2 cups purple 100 percent grape juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup frozen dark sweet pitted cherries
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plain, non-fat yogurt, optional
  • Crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

Crush ice cubes in a blender. Add all ingredients and
process until smooth. Serve in tall glasses
