Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. MEAT, ground for meat loaf (beef, veal, pork, etc.)
- 1/2 Cup WHOLE WHEAT SALTINES, crushed
- 1 Envelope ONION DIP/SOUP MIX
- 1 Tbsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/4 cup GREEN BELL PEPPERS, diced
- 1/2 Cup EVAPORATED MILK, undiluted
- 2 EGGS, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. LEMON JUICE
- 1/4 tsp. SALT
- 1/4 tsp. PEPPER
- 1/2 Cup BBQ SAUCE, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except for 1/4 Cup of the BBQ SAUCE, & pack firmly into a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Invert in shallow pan; remove loaf pan. Pour remaining 1/4 Cup BBQ SAUCE over top (optional). Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Allow to stand a few minutes before slicing. Refrigerate any leftovers.
