Ingredients

  • Oatmeal:
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tsp sugar free strawberry preserves
  • 1 no calorie sweetener packet
  • Dash salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • Topping:
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 2 tsp reduced fat peanut butter, room temperature
  • Optional garnish: additional chopped strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients for oatmeal in nonstick pot. Mix in 1 cup water.

Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook and stir until thick and creamy, 12-15min.

Transfer to a medium bowl and let slightly cool and thicken.

In a small microwave safe bowl, combine ingredients for topping. Microwave for 10 seconds, or until warm. Stir well.

Drizzle topping over oatmeal.
