Ingredients
- 2 small Apples - cored & sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Granola w/o raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375
Coat 2 custard cups with Pam
In a bowl, stir together all but granola & place into custard cups
Bake 20-25 minutes
Top with granola & bake 5 more minutes til a little browner
