- 1 butternut squash
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 bag of marshmallows
Peel squash, remove seeds, and cut into bite size pieces.
Put a little water in the bottom of a cassole dish to stop the squash from sticking to the pan, and add the squash. Cover the squash pieces with the brown sugar and butter. Add marshmallows to the top of the casserole, cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until the squash is tender.
