- 6-8 Medium Potatoes (Boiled)
- 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Square Butter
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 2 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Sharp)
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions
- 2 1/2 Cups Corn Flakes
Peal and grate potatoes while hot and set aside.
Mix: Soup, Butter, Sour Cream, Cheese and Onions in saucepan. Heat until warm and cheese melts.
Mix with potatoes & spread in 9X13 pan.
Mix together corn flakes & melted 1/3 cup butter for topping.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
