Pretzel Jello Salad

Ingredients

• 2 cups crushed pretzels
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 3/4 cup melted butter
• 1 8oz. cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 8oz. frozen whipped topping
• 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
• 2 10oz. pkgs. strawberries, no sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together crushed pretzels, 2 tbsp. sugar and melted butter together, press into pan and bake at 400 for 7 minutes. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, whipped topping and mix well.Place on top of cooled pretzels. Prepare jello according to the package directions, adding strawberries as directed. Once jello has started to jell, place on the middle layer.
