Egg Waffles

• 3 eggs
• nonstick cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Gently use fork to break the yolks. Coat a hot waffle iron with cooking spray, then pour the eggs into two of the sections. If needed, use a heat safe spatula to spread them across the molds. Close the lid and cook until the eggs are set (about 2min for well done). Use the spatula to lift out and transfer them to a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
