Becel Maple Mustard Salmon (Low Sodium)

Use trout for a milder taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets, bones removed (Or steel head trout)
  • 1/4 cup Becel™ Salt Free margarine
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Place salmon in 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
Melt Becel® margarine for 15 seconds on high in microwave.
Combine with syrup, mustard and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over salmon. Bake 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork. Serve hot with extra sauce over the top.
