Teriyaki Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 lbs Flank Steak
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together to make marinade.
make 1/4 inch cuts in steak and throw the whole thing in a zip lock. Put in fridge for as long as possible, 3hrs - 1 day
preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with tin foil
cook about 6 mins per side
use all extra marinade
let rest before slicing across the grain.
