- 1 cup Sevaiyaan

Step 1
How to make Sheer Khurma
Cooking Time: 25 Mins
Step 1: Heat a pan. Add milk and let it boil. Once boiled keep aside.
Step 2: Thinly slice cashew nuts, pistachios and chironjee.
Step 3: In pan heat ghee. Once heated add pistachios, cashew nuts and chironjee and saut till golden brown. Keep aside.
Step 4: In same pan heat ghee and add sevaiyaan. Cook till it turns golden brown
Step 5: Add water and sugar. Stir for a while
Step 6: Add milk. Let it cook on low flame. Don't stir too many times. Sevaiyaan might lose its texture
Step 7: Add saut pistachios, cashew nuts, saffron, cardamom powder and chironjee
Step 8: Let it cook for 5 mins on low flame
Foot Note:
khorma will thicken after its cooked. So don't cook for a longer time to get the thick consistency
