Directions

Always wash foods thoroughly prior to juicing. Cut off brown edges, etc. The sweet potato should be cut lengthwise into at least thirds prior to help release the juices. Sweet potatoes aid digestion and have an alkalizing effect on the body. Carrots stimulate digestion; improve hair, skin and nails; have a mild diuretic effect and cleanse the liver.
