Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Zatarain's SPANISH RICE Mix
  • 1 cup WATER
  • 1 (15oz.) can diced TOMATOES (crushed)
  • 1 (18oz.) can TOMATO SAUCE
  • 4 CHICKEN BREASTS, boneless
  • Zatarain's CREOLE SEASONING
  • 2 Tbsp. BUTTER

Preparation

Step 1

Season CHICKEN BREASTS with CREOLE SEASONING. In medium skillet heat BUTTER, brown seasoned CHICKEN BREASTS. Remove & set aside. To the skillet, add the other ingredients. Stir & add browned CHICKEN BREASTS. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for 25 minutes.
