• 1/2 cup of Yogurt
• 1/2 cup of Ricotta Cheese
• or
• Cottage Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

If your using yogurt and ricotta cheese simply blend well and use in the recipe as you would cream cheese.

If your using cottage cheese, whip it well and chill prior to using.
