Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken
- 36 oz cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz chicken broth (plus extra to add if it needs thinning at end)
- 1 large chopped sweet onion
- 2 1/2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 small packages of biscuit dough (pillsbury)
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 1 tspn poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tspn thyme
- 1/2 tspn dill
- 1-2 tspn McCormick herb chicken seasoning
- 1 tspn garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken, vegetables, butter, soup, spices, 8oz chicken broth mixed in, and 8oz chicken broth on top to cover all ingredients.
Cook for 4 hours on high, and 2 hours on low. During the last 1/2 hour, cut up biscuits into quarters. Add one package by stirring into chicken mixture, and place the other package on top. Cover with a little more chicken broth so top biscuits dont dry out.
Cook for the last 1/2 hour or until biscuits are cooked through.
