Banana Walnut Sour Cream Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup toasted chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl; beat until creamy. Add bananas; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; beat at low speed until moistened. Gently stir in walnuts. Spread into 4 greased 3-by-5-inch baking pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan. Cool completely. Cut into slices. Store covered.
