Ingredients

  • 1 1/2

    cups sugar

  • 1

    cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

  • 1/2

    cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4

    cup milk

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1

    cup mashed ripe bananas

  • 2

    cups all purpose flour

  • 1

    teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    cup toasted chopped walnuts

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl; beat until creamy. Add bananas; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; beat at low speed until moistened. Gently stir in walnuts. Spread into 4 greased 3-by-5-inch baking pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan. Cool completely. Cut into slices. Store covered.
