Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork, sliced in small strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can pigeon peas
  • 1 bunch Chinese parsley, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup macaroni, cooked and drained

Preparation

Step 1

Fry pork in large pot until brown. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Add about 1/2 pot water and cook for about 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients except macaroni and heat thoroughly. Turn off heat and then add macaroni. Serve.
