Ingredients

  • 5 cups unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla flavored Blue Diamond Almond Breeze)
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia
  • 3 teaspoons arrowroot powder

Preparation

Step 1



In a medium size sauce pan, whisk all ingredients together and bring to a boil.

Simmer and continue to stir mixture until thickened, about 15 minutes.

Mixture should be reduced by about a cup.

Makes 4 cups.

Keep refrigerated.
