Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cans mushroom soup, or 1 soup and 1 Philadelphia Cooking Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 6 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain off any fat.
Stir in soup, seasonings, mustard and worcestershire. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep soup from sticking.
Stir in sour cream and cook until hot.
Serve over noodles.
