Ingredients
- 1 lb Flank Steak
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced (not peeled)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Step 1
marinate overnight (could be in freezer bag)
When ready to cook, remove from freezer and thaw. Broil or BBQ 5 min/side
Medium/Low Medium 8 min/side
