Ingredients
- Two 1 lb. bags of frozen fruit
- 3 bananas, halved
- Juice OR Milk

This recipe is great for those who don't have time for breakfast!
Divide the frozen fruit among 6 quart size freezer bags. Add 1/2 peeled banana to each bag and freeze.
Empty one bag into blender with juice or milk to make a quick smoothie.
