Mushroom/Chive Sauce:

Ingredients

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 3/4 lb. wild mushrooms – sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic – sliced
  • 1/2 cup wine or chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup+ heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Add wine or ch. Stock. Reduce 15-20 min.
Add cream – heat until warm
Stir in chives.

Can be made one day ahead.
